Delete Your PetOwner+ Account
You can delete your PetOwner+ account inside the app by going to:
Profile → Delete Account
When you delete your account, we delete your account profile, pets, pet logs, health records, reminders, welfare check-ins, AI chat history, push tokens, subscriptions, invites, and related app data.
Some limited records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, or App Store/Google Play purchase record obligations.
If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by emailing:
Please include the email address linked to your PetOwner+ account.
