Our work focuses on understanding the root causes of behavioural challenges and identifying practical, compassionate strategies to improve an animal’s physical and psychological wellbeing, grounded in current animal behaviour science and welfare research. How our consultation process works To secure your initial appointment, a deposit is required at the time of booking. This confirms your session and ensures dedicated time is set aside for you and your animal. Your journey begins with a 1:1 initial consultation. During this session, we take a detailed look at your animal’s behaviour, daily routine, environment, history, and overall lifestyle. This is also where we explore the specific challenges you are experiencing and begin identifying the key contributing factors. Following this consultation, we carry out a structured review of the information gathered and develop a personalised behaviour and care plan tailored to your animal’s individual needs. Once this plan has been created, the remaining balance is due prior to receiving your full written programme and continued support. Your package includes your initial consultation, your personalised step-by-step plan, and two follow-up support sessions. These follow-ups are designed to review progress, answer questions, and refine the approach as needed, ensuring the plan continues to support positive and sustainable change. Our aim is not only to address behavioural challenges, but to help you build a deeper, more confident understanding of your animal’s needs, communication, and overall wellbeing—creating lasting improvements for both you and your animal.
